Katlax’ s new M12 to RJ45 Adapters are designed to provide reliable, easy to install industrial Ethernet connection in rugged and harsh environments. These adapters are easy to assemble in to control cabinets.
These adapters are available in D and X-coding, straight and right-angle versions, as well as in male and female version on the M12 side. The M12 interface complies with IEC 61076-2-101 for D-code and IEC 61076-2-109 for X-code Industrial Ethernet specifications. The M12-D, X-coding offers an IP67 degree of protection with the RJ45 being rated IP20. The connection into the RJ45 socket can easily be done with Standard RJ45 cables. The M12 D-coding features data transmission in 2-pairs, up to 100 Mbit/s and X-code 4-pairs in 10 Gbit/s. Key applications include factory automation, food and beverage, packaging, and more.
