POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) awareness and training session<\/strong> was conducted by Katlax Future SENSE<\/span><\/a> Management and in our premises for our team members. This session was conducted by Ms. Prita Jha.<\/div>\n

Katlax is committed towards creating and maintaining a safe and equitable environment for all its employees, workers and other stakeholders. Hence we at Katlax, conduct such training sessions to make its team aware on behaviours and issues related to harassment, consent to ensure a harmonious work environment for people of all genders.<\/div>\n

To elaborate more on our subject expert for this session, Prita is the founder and President of Peace and Equality cell (PEC). Peace and Equality Cell which provides free legal representation to survivors of child sexual abuse; works with survivors of gender-based violence and has recently started working on issues of disabilities.<\/div>\n

Prita obtained her first degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University College London and she has a Masters in Development studies from University of Manchester. She fell in love with law and Justice by chance after doing a law module as part of her Engineering degree. She became a solicitor and practiced as a family and Criminal solicitor in Manchester for many years.<\/div>\n

She has also taught courses on Gender and law, Criminal justice Administration, NGO and Civil Society and RTI at Nirma University.<\/div>\n
