Mr. M. R. Pandhi is B. Com FCA and is associated as a Non-Executive Director of the company. He helps the company in improving corporate credibility and governance standards and advises the Board on matters of finance, taxation and other matters. He has more than 40 years of experience in the fields of Audit, Taxation, Corporate Laws, Finance and Management Consultancy. He is the founder partner of M R Pandhi & Associates, Chartered Accountants. He has successfully completed Certificate Course on International Taxation conducted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Actively engaged in the practice of merger and acquisitions and successfully completed joint venture of German based company with Indian company. Over the years, he has had extensive experience in advising clients both Indian and multinational across a range of industries.

Ms. Karishma Katrat

Karishma Katrat is an Engineering graduate and handles pan-India sales and domestic market fulfilment. She has pursued her B. Tech in Electronics and Communication from Indus Institute of Technology, Ahmedabad. Karishma has an experience of 5+ years in marketing, sales, and back-office operations. Her role also includes production planning, inventory management and acting as a bridge between Production, Sales and Management. The second-generation entrepreneur is a pivotal part of management as well operations, shouldering multiple roles and is determined to take ahead the legacy of this business ahead and further up.

Ms. Krutika Katrat

Krutika Katrat has an experience of 8+ years and handles strategic business development, digital marketing and outreach, recruitments and trainings at Katlax. She is M.Tech in Biotechnology from Dr. D Y Patil Biotechnology and Bioinformatics Institute, Pune and has a background in applied sciences, cancer research from ACTREC, Tata Memorial Centre, Navi Mumbai. She also has an experience as an entrepreneur working on a social enterprise and a flagship platform named OoWomaniya.com and building the business from the scratch. She is a TEDx speaker and her work is covered in various noted publications including Forbes, India. For Katlax, she also manages special projects, digital channels for sales growth and outreach in both domestic and international markets.

Mr. Karan Katrat

Karan, second generation entrepreneur and currently active in developing new sales avenues in International Business, involved in production planning,maintenance and managing administration day - to - day responsibilities of running a factory. His strength is Family Business Administration and has 3+ years of work experience He has represented Katlax at various international forums and trade exhibitions. His exposure and performance is prepping him to take on senior leadership role in near future.
