Progress for me has never been a dream. It has always been a distant reality and once a milestone is achieved, there is always another one waiting to be crossed. It is with this belief that, I started Katlax in 1994, a company that was in the business of Proximity Sensors and offered low-end Automation solutions. Almost instantly, Katlax became a prominent brand in its business segment, but like every entrepreneur sticks to their dream, I always wanted to push my company to achieve bigger milestones. More than being a global player, I always perceived my company as a unit that could make a difference by providing its customers quality and competitively priced products. Taking a path less travelled, I expanded Katlax into Connectors’ manufacturing, a high-volume business that requires contemporary technical know-how, expertise, specialized knowledge, and quick adaptation.

We envision to be a global leader and brand in connection technology focusing on enhancing interface technology comprising Harnessing solutions with an eye on EVs., automating our in-house manufacturing processes using eco-friendly methods and finally adopting advanced, efficient technology for design, development, manufacturing, and logistics.

In this age, technology is accelerating far more quickly than anyone could have imagined. In next decade, we will experience more upheaval which might create more wealth in few selective hands than we had in the past hundred years, and we need to share it with our associates viz. employees, vendors, customers and of course with society by contributing to taxes which is a source of social reforms.
