Chartered Engineer (IETE) with 36+ years of experience in industrial automation and connectivity. Dr. Laxman R. Katrat founded Katlax in 1993 with a vision to build world-class circular connectors in India. Under his leadership, Katlax has grown from a sensor manufacturing startup to a globally recognized connector brand serving 35+ countries. He leads the company's strategic direction, R&D initiatives, and global expansion roadmap.

A seasoned professional with 35+ years of expertise in audit, taxation, corporate law, and finance, Mr. Pandhi provides critical governance and financial oversight to the Katlax board.
