Managing Director & CEO
Chartered Engineer (IETE) with 36+ years of experience in industrial automation and connectivity. Dr. Laxman R. Katrat founded Katlax in 1993 with a vision to build world-class circular connectors in India. Under his leadership, Katlax has grown from a sensor manufacturing startup to a globally recognized connector brand serving 35+ countries. He leads the company's strategic direction, R&D initiatives, and global expansion roadmap.

Non-Executive Director
A seasoned professional with 35+ years of expertise in audit, taxation, corporate law, and finance, Mr. Pandhi provides critical governance and financial oversight to the Katlax board. His counsel ensures the company's growth is built on a foundation of sound financial management and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Karishma Katrat
Director - Sales & Marketing
From the shop floor to the boardroom, Karishma Katrat's decade-long journey reflects a deep understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and customer needs. As Director - Sales & Marketing at Katlax Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., she combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive innovation, business growth, and lasting customer partnerships while mentoring the next generation of industry professionals.
A graduate in Bachelor of Technology (Electronics & Communication Engineering), Karishma's career is a testament to dedication, perseverance, and continuous learning. She began her professional journey as a Trainee Engineer on the shop floor, gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, quality standards, and product engineering.
Today, she leads the Sales & Marketing function at Katlax Enterprises, overseeing strategic business development, customer engagement, market expansion, and product positioning. Her expertise spans industrial automation, cable assemblies, circular connectors, customized connectivity solutions, manufacturing, and new product development. She works closely with customers to understand their application requirements and deliver engineered solutions that create long-term value.
Throughout her career, Karishma has successfully contributed to revenue growth, entered new domestic and international markets, launched innovative products, and led cross-functional teams of over 40-50 professionals.
Ms. Krutika Katrat
Director - People, Compliance & Administration
Krutika Katrat is a multidisciplinary professional with extensive experience spanning entrepreneurship, people management, HR and administration, statutory and organizational compliance, business development, and stakeholder engagement. In her current role, she oversees People & Compliance, Human Resources, and Factory Administration, contributing to the development of a compliant, people-focused, and efficiently managed manufacturing organization.
Her responsibilities encompass key aspects of the employee lifecycle and factory HR operations, including workforce administration, employee engagement, organizational policies and processes, statutory and labour-related compliance coordination, workplace discipline, welfare initiatives, general factory administration, and digital marketing. She works closely with management and cross-functional teams to align people practices with organizational requirements while fostering a structured, responsible, and positive work environment.
Krutika brings a distinctive combination of scientific education, entrepreneurial experience, business acumen, and people-centric leadership. She holds an Integrated M.Tech in Biotechnology and has built a diverse professional journey encompassing marketing and sales, business development, customer relationship management, content and communication, social-impact initiatives, and organizational management.
Mr. Karan Katrat
Director - Business Development
Karan is a management graduate with a strong foundation in business management and hands-on experience across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management. With a dynamic and growth-oriented approach, he actively contributes to customer acquisition, client servicing, customer handling, and the development of long-term business relationships.
He is involved in identifying and developing new business opportunities, exploring new markets, participating in exhibitions and industry events, generating and converting prospective leads, and strengthening engagement with existing customers.
In addition, his role also includes contributing to new market development and identifying opportunities for establishing new product verticals based on evolving customer requirements and market trends.
With strong communication, interpersonal, and business development skills, Karan brings a customer-centric and commercially focused approach to understanding market needs, building relationships, expanding the customer base, and supporting the organization's overall business growth.

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Rajesh Hudda oversees day-to-day operations across Katlax's manufacturing, supply chain, and quality functions. His operational leadership ensures that Katlax consistently meets the quality, delivery, and cost expectations of its global customer base.

As Corporate Brand Manager, Ms. Ananya Katrat leads Katlax's brand strategy, corporate communications, and marketing initiatives. She shapes how Katlax engages with customers, partners, and the wider industry across digital and physical channels.
